This is a fixed, round-trip fee to travel to your location up to 90 minutes from Nevada, IA. This includes 1/2 hr. of diagnosis time.  Distances further than this will be quoted for your approval.

We bill work on a per hour, plus parts basis.  Prior to work being performed, I'll do a preliminary investigation and give you an scope and estimated number of hours to complete the job.  We will memorialize your agreement under a not-to-exceed estimate.

If after starting your project, we anticipate the estimate exceeds the original quote, I will contact you with details and changes in cost. Again, we memorialize this in email so there are no surprises.
